What are you currently accepting orders for?

Sugar by A. Simmone is only accepting orders for cookies. Custom cake bookings will open May 2026.

How long do my items stay fresh?

For our cookies , they are best enjoyed within 5-7 days of delivery when stored properly. For extended freshness, cookies may be refrigerated or frozen. For other desserts, refer to the information on your care card.

How should I store my cookies?

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. Refrigeration or freezing is recommended for longer storage.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We currently ship within the United States.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup options are offered selectively and will appear at checkout when applicable.

Are your desserts allergen-friendly?

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, wheat soy, and nuts. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
