What are you currently accepting orders for?
Sugar by A. Simmone is currently accepting orders for signature cookies and custom celebration cakes. Cookies may be ordered directly through the website. Custom cakes begin with an inquiry and are confirmed based on availability.

How far in advance should I inquire about a custom cake?
We recommend submitting custom cake inquiries as early as possible. Availability is limited, and submitting an inquiry does not guarantee your date. Your order is confirmed once all required booking steps have been completed.

How long do my items stay fresh?
Cookies are best enjoyed within 5–7 days when stored properly and may be frozen for up to 3 months for extended freshness. Custom cakes are best enjoyed fresh and should be kept refrigerated until shortly before serving. Care instructions specific to your order will be provided when applicable.

How should I store my cookies?
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, freeze them in an airtight container and allow them to come to room temperature before enjoying. Care instructions are also included with your order.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Signature cookies are available for shipping within the United States. Custom cakes are not available for shipping.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available for eligible cookie orders and custom cakes. Pickup details are provided with your order confirmation.

Do you offer cake delivery?
Delivery may be available for custom cake orders depending on the date, location, and order requirements. Delivery availability and applicable fees are confirmed during the booking process.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect ordering, missed pickup, or circumstances outside of Sugar by A. Simmone’s control. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
All products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. While some recipes may not contain a particular allergen, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Can I customize the signature cookies?
The Signature Sugar collection is intentionally composed and offered as designed. For larger orders, events, or special requests, please contact us to discuss availability.
