Sugar by A. Simmone offers signature cookies through scheduled preorder releases and custom cakes through a separate inquiry and booking process. Please review the following policies before placing an order or submitting an inquiry.

SIGNATURE COOKIE ORDERS

Signature cookies are offered through scheduled preorder releases. Available flavors, ordering deadlines, and fulfillment dates will be provided at the time of purchase.

All cookies are made in small batches and are best enjoyed within 5–7 days when properly stored. For longer storage, cookies may be frozen for up to 3 months. Detailed care and storage instructions are included with each order.

SHIPPING

Orders selected for shipping will be fulfilled according to the schedule provided at checkout. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Sugar by A. Simmone is not responsible for carrier delays or other circumstances outside of our control. If an issue occurs with your shipment, please contact us so we can review the situation.

CUSTOM CAKE ORDERS

Submitting a cake inquiry does not reserve your date or confirm an order. Inquiries are reviewed for availability, design, serving needs, and other order details before a quote is provided.

A custom cake is considered booked only after the booking requirements provided with your order have been completed.

Final pricing, payment requirements, cancellation and rescheduling terms, pickup or delivery arrangements, and other order-specific conditions will be provided in your custom cake agreement.

Inspiration images are welcome; however, each Sugar by A. Simmone cake is individually created. Exact replicas of another artist’s work or previous designs are not guaranteed.

Changes requested after booking are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY

Local pickup is available by appointment only. Your confirmed pickup window and instructions will be provided with your order.

Delivery may be available for select custom cake orders and is subject to availability and applicable fees.

Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for proper transportation, handling, and storage. Sugar by A. Simmone is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or exposure to heat after the order has been received.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, cookie sales are final unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Custom cake cancellations, rescheduling, payments, and refunds are governed by the terms provided with the individual cake agreement.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact Sugar by A. Simmone as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.

ALLERGEN NOTICE

Products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts. While care is taken during preparation, Sugar by A. Simmone cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Customers are responsible for communicating known allergy concerns before ordering.

PRIVACY

Personal information provided through checkout, inquiries, or other communications is used to process orders, communicate with customers, and provide requested services. Additional information regarding the collection and use of personal information is available in the site’s Privacy Policy.
